http://thewirelesshomeoffice.com/ 2 years old domain, PR2, 60 Google index pages now. Not much traffic or income. If somebody has time and energy to do some SEO, this should work since it is old, has PR and good index pages. Those who are looking for old domain with some PR optimize for Google, this is a nice one.
