Looking for assistance on value potential for 4sq.com

There are hundreds of these out there and available, some mean more than others. What is 4sq? Does it have some special significance to anyone?
Overture 0 and Google around 11,000 - main as part of a postcode!
If it does have some special significance to someone then who knows how much could be raised, personally I think its just an average one of many and probably not worth the reg fee.
Just my personal opinion, others may disagree.
