closed 3 domains for a Harry Potter chat site?

Hello,

I am aware that "Harry Potter" is a heavily defended trademark. So I thought in order to create a well moderated and child-safe chat-site I'd use

MagicalChat.com or MagicalTalk.com

I also own HarryPotterTalk.com
but I assume this one is basically worthless because of trademark issues. Any thoughts on this?

What do you think about the idea of a chat-forum for Harry Potter fans and any appraisals for the above domains?

Seeker, you sure ? I thought anything with Harry Potter in the name was on their list of things free to hunt and kill.

I posted the HarryPotterTalk.com here in dnforum about a year ago and basically got sacked Everybody liked the domain but nobody thought it had any chance in terms of trademarks.

My knowledge is, that talking about and criticising trademarks is ALWAYS allowed. It's protected under the free speech right, so there might be a chance that I can actually use HarryPotterTalk.com

If so, what would you say is the value of the domain then?

And please don't forget the other 2 domains also. )

assuming you dont get scared from the TM, develop it and you are looking at a hot domain.

the question is, if HarrPotterTALK makes any difference. Because talking about any trademark is always allowed. I think I'll post this question in the legal section on DF.

But despite all of this, I still don't know what you think of the original 2 domains I asked to appraise ) Any thoughts on MagicalChat.com or MagicalTalk.com?
