Looking for a quick sale, so I made the BIN reasonable.

I purchased this domain with a bunch of other 3-letter .coms a while ago from NameMedia. I need to move one or two for another project I have coming up.

No known legal/TM issues. I have never received any emails/letters/etc.

Not developed. Currently forwarded to my site WFH.com.

FYI - I no longer use my topnames.com domain or email. I use [email protected] in case you do a whois check and you see an email other than "topnames.com".

It does get a little traffic, but I would advise against using a 3-letter .com on a PPC lander. That's just asking for trouble.

Neither. We'll use a direct wire. I've been on these forums for 5+ year and haven't used an escrow service in years. Using a direct wire, the buyer will have the domain the same day the wire is sent. Most everyone knows who I am and my reputation is rock solid. I've sold $100,000+ domain packages and used direct wires.

International wires are not always received on the same day. I am not trying to offend you but I rarely ever pay before receiving a domain if it is over $5k. I am interested in the name, but if your willing to do escrow, tell me, otherwise, I find you to not be very professional. I am willing to pay the escrow fee, no big deal, I'm just a little worried because you made like 3 posts since 2006, no hard feelings.

Actually, I find your post to be very unprofessional. One of the reasons I don't frequent the forums much anymore are because of posts like this.

Terms are part of a business deal...just because you don't agree with them, that does not make them "unprofessional". Another reason is because most of my sales are to the same high-volume buyers. Many of them are right here on this forum. I've sold more than 100 3-letter .coms in the past 5 years and you'll never find anyone who said I ripped them off. I sold Adam Dicker, the owner of DNForum, a domain and he paid via direct wire. DomainSponsor purchased domains from me...and they paid via a direct wire BEFORE I transferred the domains to them. I've earned my reputation with honest and fair business dealings over the last 5 years. Just because I don't post much anymore, does not make me untrustworthy.

I'm sorry you don't agree with my terms, but there was no need to post your displeasure as I'm not forcing you to buy my domain.

I'm sorry your offended by it but you know anything could happen right? Who knows, maybe you got hacked or struck with lightning and your life changed. I am just looking out for my own safety, and this should've been done in PM I guess, but I have never met anyone before who doesn't accept escrows that is legit for over $5k.

You've been here since Nov 2007...I've been here since 2002 and I've earned my trust with many of the members of this forum. I deal with many of them here on a weekly basis through private messages. I don't post much, but I'm on often. If you don't agree with my terms, that's fine...don't buy. But please, don't post stuff like that in a sales thread.
