great domain, with good product that no one can legally sell under $27. That said I will need to set up a membership site for the buyer to be able to pass along the product legally, so there might be a day or two delay in getting you the product (so add like a buck to make things perfectly legal)
All sites are new, turnkey as in not unique, and were built for sale so they have not been promoted, thus only traffic would be from forum ads. Names are at enom/enomcentral the account and push are free and no I can't transfer them anywhere else as they are under 60 days old. After paypal payment will push to your account and send FTP and cpanel data.
