With a baby on the way and too many websites to promote I'm selling off a couple of my high potential sites I just haven't had the time to promote and develop.

These sites all have no promotion at all and any traffic comes from search engines. They do have traffic and PR but consider the traffic minimal because it won't be the selling point for these sites due to the fact that they get 0 promotion.

The traffic posted is all that will be offered.

They can be very profitable with a little work (especially if you know how to run a good AdWords campaign). I plan on selling them here and will sell via an offer basis with Paypal being the preferred payment.

Has been online for almost 2 years and used 348 mb of bandwidth last month.
Makes about $10-25/mo via adsense currently.

The stats are negligible and really shouldn't be a factor to the person that purchases as there is no promotion at all going on.

You're looking at about 50 hits a day w/ around 10 uniques.

The adsense click conversion rate is high which is what the site was made for. Using low bid keywords in AdWords to convert AdSense.

The content was written by me though and would would have rights to it.

Is it possible to get the Adsense evidence though. It may seem negligable to you, however, $10 avg. is quite fair for your asking price, and it makes a difference for me, especially since it has a good conversion.
