The seller has sold the domains to Johnn! Even I have posted sold already in public! Also, I suspect Johnn must have been intercepted the sales in PM AFTER I have posted sold in public!

I have asked several important questions such as why the domain has a completely different whois info, and why am I sending payment to a different person paypal address. Not only the seller has failed to replied my questions. His reply was simply:

"I do not have so much time to finish your request."

Therefore, I must suspect the domains were fraudulent. The seller even suggested to push the domains to me first. NO WAY WILL I RECEIVE FRAUDULENT DOMAINS IN MY ACCOUNT. I had THEN asked the seller to reply to my questions asap, and he say no. Then he blamed me for not making "instant" payment, and sell the names to Johnn when he failed to reply to all those important questions!!!! I have NEVER mentioned I will not pay!!! I AM VERY ANGRY!!! :upset:

Tekz is a high reputation member, look at his feedback! Also as he mentioned he was just checking the legitimacy of your sale, he wasnt refusing to pay.

If what is being said is true Johnn, a moderator is in the wrong too for essentially 'stealing' what was rightfully someone elses. I am unsure of all the details though.

Johnn don't even know there was a thread at the time I first sent him the PM.
Also, Johnn did state clearly that he will not buy unless I am done with Tekz999.

1) You had asked for "instant" payment.
2) Domains have different contact details. Totally different email. Totally different first, and last name, with the registrant's residency in China. (emphasis added.)
3) You had requested me to send paypal payment to an email address in Netherlands. (emphasis added.)
4) Failed to promptly reply to my questions which are only to prove the legitimacy of the domains.
5) Contacted another buyer when I have clearly the first one to post sold to claim the domains, and when I had never said I will not pay! You have already failed to "complete sale" which is a rule in dnforum!

I would have just posted to protect all members to beware of potential fraud since you have not legitimately proven your ownership! BUT GUESS WHAT? I had actually given you the benefit of a doubt by verifying them with you! How can you post a domain sale and expect the buyer NOT to ask questions whatsoever regarding his purchase????
