This is the exact pm the seller had sent me in the first place:

Hi Gilbert,

Please send the payment $2200 to the paypal account ?????@?????.nl
after we have confirmed that we received your payment, I would push domains to you right now.

thanks.

Obviously, it is already a CLEAR proof that he agrees that I am a "high reputation member". WHY? Because no way would he send me payment details, if he didn't find me as highly reputable!!!! He even suggested to push the domains to me before I pay!!!! :upset:

Obviously, the seller birdfly has made the right deal. no problem about it.
the moderator johnn is professional and no doubt on him.
the seller has the rights to decide which buyer can be dubious,
and which buyer is really have a good reputation.
surely itrader is not the whole thing.
i've checked that thread regarding tekz99,
i think it is too obvious for the seller birdfly should avoid the risk.
i won't do business with anyone i think him as dubious.
i do not think the buyer tekz99 is a person with high reputation.
and the important one, the seller has already announce his rights to choose the right buyer with safety.
life is life, we should have our rights to choose.

This one is a coin toss...you really should ask all questions BEFORE posting sold in a sales thread, although sometimes it makes more business sense to check them out afterwards instead of missing the sale to someone else...I have dealt with Johnn and tekz999 many times and they are both good sellers and buyers, there may have been some preference trustwise for a moderator and if he felt that tekz999 (Gilbert) was not going to send payment then I can understand him selling them to the next in line...Johnn.

I also think that if birdfly did offer to push them to you first and then take payment that should have alleviated any doubts on your end about not getting the domains and your payment should have been sent "instantly" as the sale & seller requested clearly..otherwise you basically nullify your own "sold" post...birdfly is on here constantly buying 3 letter domains and is very active on the forum so it is not like he was some brand new member nobody ever heard of.

Remember, no deal in binding until payment is sent/received!

So..don't get too crazy about this one, they are not that great of names and the price is only a bit lower than normal..it's an ok deal.

I could have posted sold on them before anyone and I passed...

hey, I have already told you about it. please read my post carefully before you post again and again. repeating the same question.

After I have PMed you the payment details, you PM again, and I PM you again, there is several PMs, during the period, I found that you are a very doubtful buyer, especially in sending payment and not a DNF member with a high reputation.
So I should make a quick decision to cancel the deal with you for safety consideration.

And thanks a lot to "focus"!
I am NOT a new domainer here, I think i am already a professional domainer here, and have a good reputation.
