SoldierCenter.com (CUSTOM CONTENT - Membership Website) GOOGLE PR3
* Currently has 309 members that are quite active for a dating and online gathering place for solider related social gathering and events.
* PHP driven website.
* Google Page Rank of 3 out of 10
* Makes about $8-14.00 per month with Google Adsense only! About 5-6 months ago we did sell some advertising links on the links page for about $12.00 or so.
* Runs itself, we don't add anything or do anything except to answer some questions every once in a while.
* We purchased the site in 2007 and have been able to drive the PR from a 1 to where it is at currently today of PR3
* New owner can do whatever they would like with the site to drive more money or add in new ways to generate revenue.
* All site content and files will be made available to the new site owner.
* The website gets about 200-400 or so unique visitors per month and over 1,500 or so page views.
