New website developed by me, but now I want to sell it to find quick money personal matter. Site offer free music video and funny videos ( 90% of them not hosted in my server, like most other this type of sites ) and sell DVD and Music from Amazon. Currently site getting 1k unique visitors, about 30k hits/day and increasing daily, mainly from Yahoo and MSN some from bookmarks.

Script for videos is brandnew and has control panel to add, update, edit all.

Nice, easily remembered domain (Important for this type of sites)

Site making sale from Amazon (I know I am selling DVD music from this site, but I don't have separate channel for this site, so I don't want to talk more). Site has very good potential for making money from good CPM program.

Mainly from Yahoo, some from links and some from direct hits, must be from Book mark.
1st page in yahoo for 'Watch Music Video' 'new DVD Release' 'new VHS release' 'New DVD Movie Release' and more.

This is add on domain in a big hosting account, all visitors show there for this domain.(shown as subdomain in a main account)

LMAO, obviously there is questionable sources to the traffic...it would seem that you are trying REALLY hard to avoid disclosing where you traffic is coming from...have it your way dude..dont expect to get any money for it! i am going to risk my neck out here and say THERE ARE CERTAIN people on this forum who are very intrested in alot of sale threads on paper anyways, not in reality. Thats why he isn't giving the stats away so easy I THINK! He is right, some may not want to spend $1,000 and want to just setup a site similar and use his advertisement method or what ever he used. Then again how can you be sure if anyone really is intrested or a buyer? It would be great of the people who don't have the money or are really not intrested stop wasting time by asking for proof and we wouldn't have this problem here.

Thank CSite.Net, I am sure there are lot of people here (and other website selling forums) know this facts, after you sell 'expensive site' exposing all, 100 of colonies appear after few days. There are several examples, I can show some even last few weeks.

I agree it not easy to differentiate really interested buyer and those 'CERTAIN people', but doing business in the web for few years, I think I have some I idea, of cause I may miss some.
