If these are all hand regged, not too bad, and you may make some money with them. The forum and domain niche names probably hold the most reseller interest.

These three are the only ones I see as having any value over regfee but will need some development for more than a low xxx sale. I think the best one you have is InstantLoanApplications.com - however if it is as you wrote it...InstandLoanApplications.com - with a "d" and not a "t" - it has zero value.

I would try to develop those - the rest I would drop.

This of course it just my opinion - Best of luck.

I'd say dncatch is the best. The rest is not so great imo.
I suppose you are not going to develop all of them, so consider trimming the portfolio by renewal time.
