Hello,
Why I am selling:
I am liquidating my mini-site portfolio to fund my newest project. This portfolio has taken me countless hours to develop. However, my interest in online communities has powered my decision to sell this in order to fund my other site.
What I am selling:
I am selling 33 min-sites that I have created over the last few months. These mini-sites are on topics that range from clothes, to health, to food and many niches in-between. These sites use Word press blog software.
What I am earning:
These sites earned a total of $45.64 for the month of October (31 days) and have earned $25.48 so far in November (21 days). All revenue is in the form of adsense payments.
Content:
The content is unique and specifically created for these sites. Content is copyscape premium account passed. Each mini-site has approximately 4 to 5 articles. Some have more, some have less. However, there is one site with only one article on it. For images; I simply used Google images
Design:
All of the sites look exactly the same, except for the banner logo.
Traffic:
The majority of the traffic comes from search engines, most notably the Google search engine. Traffic is also fueled by type ins since the domains are pretty generic.
LAST MONTH: 6,605 impressions / $45.64 (OCT 1 - OCT 31) - 31 days
THIS MONTH: 4,831 impressions / $25.48 (NOV 1 - NOV 21) - 21 days
Domains:
The domains are based around keywords which is a major factor in the relevant search engine placement. Most of the domains rank high for their search terms, which drives the traffic and relevant target audience. All of the domain names are .COM, searched for in GOOGLE, no numbers, and no hyphens. The domains alone are worth a pretty penny. The domains are registered at Moniker.com, however there are one or two registered at eNom. The earliest renewal date is around mid 2010.
