The site I am selling is:
http://www.top-selling-electronics.com

This is an Amazon affiliate site.

Income: The site has made $160 so far this month from Amazon sales which averages out to more than $7.00 a day. The site also makes $120 - $150 off of banners.

Visitors: The site receives around 700 unique visitors on a daily basis. Half of the traffic comes from MSN and half comes from Yahoo. I get an occasional visitor from Google but nothing major. NOTE: Yes, I know the PR on Google is 0. However, this is not an important fact since the traffic comes from Yahoo and MSN.

Only considering offers of at least $3000, so if you can't offer that much, don't bother to contact me. If interested, PM me, don't reply to the post.

The site also makes another $xxx-$xxx a month off of adsense.
Nice site but you are not allowed to reveal you adsense earning (Google TOS) be carefull ;)

Thanks, I changed it.

Also, a script does all the work. I never have to touch the site myself. It requires no maintenance whatsoever. The content automatically changes with the content at amazon.

Why are you selling it?

Just getting out of this type of website. I'm trying to only own webmaster related sites now.
