The script is a customized YP script . Actually there are 2 versions.. look at how the sites look on USAYPSites.com and then USYPSites.com.
Both scripts have a backend for easily adding content, changing Google ads, etc.
All sites already had the Google map code installed (all 357.. that alone was a couple days work).
Anyway.. Check the 2 flavors out and see how the backend works. In bulk am selling for less than the Databases.
And I think all sites (or at least just about all) are indexed.

how does DB get updated on each site? how current is DB?

db is less than a year old.. doesn't matter if it isn't updated in a year or 2 .. still will have 90 plus percent still valid info. and if you want to update you can get new db's wholesale.. but just leaving these around and any promotion whatsoever.. even cross linking them and also selling links you can make alot of money.
btw the BIN is $1400 priced to sell fast for 357 yp sites and the 2 .com sites that list them.. less than $4/site as a lot.
