The site currently has 24,000 uniques a month with 50,000 pageviews.

The revenue PM is between $3500 and $4000.

I have owned the site since early September and since taking ownership, the traffic and revenue has steadily increased.

The highest offer I have received for the site thus far is $60,000. I am looking for offers in excess of this.

I tried the site and did a search and got "The website declined to show this webpage".

Not sure how it makes $3500 a month like that.
