Some domainers do not realize dot-org can work just as well for medical names vs dot-com and sometimes even better, especially health and disease related.

Ok just thought that I have a .net with 2 particular good medical keywords with 10K + searches per month and already ranked first page fitting all your req except the extension. If your looking to broaden out the extension a bit let me know so that I can send it to you. Cheerio.
