I have always liked 4 letter domains.

But there looks to be no market, or hardly any market, for this particular combination, as indicated by the number of pages indexed on Google, and the fact that it seems no other extension is taken.

I would appraise this as $0 for reseller.

$300 plus for enduser, but with a very low chance of finding a buyer - perhaps a chance of around 5% per year of finding a buyer for it. Hang on to it for 20 years and you might have found a buyer by then, but probably better to invest the money in something else.
