i have girlpits.com its a fetish niche site with forums and a very powerful cj/tgp script for galleries and for traffic trades,a rate it script, forums are very active currently with about 500 members, this site is totally one of a kind in the forums its for the unused and unknown and amazing popular female armpit fetishes, hairy,shaved,tickeling ect... lets them post and add pics and videos, has 3 cyberage avs sites included that generate about 100 dollars a week in income, the site currently makes about 350 a week one week 270 the next 400 so on so forth, has a ton of affiliate galleries that i get paid on and casino portals ect... site isn't the prettiest but it works and makes good bucks and keeps getting bigger and bigger, if someone really took an interest in this it would explode, look up armpit fetishes and female armpit fetish on Google in web pages and image search and i promise you ll see a lot of sites either referring to girl pits or a girl pits link. gets oh about 3000 hits a day in traffic which isn't huge but for a special fetish niche which does not apply to mainstream the traffic is huge considering.
site would make very excellent pay site with a investment of some content.

Site is sedo listed for sale if sold would prefer to get some portion of the transaction as a down payment then the balance and transfer of the site via sedo, i have had two people start to buy it and i think they just couldn't come up with what they offered, and ended up backing out, and i know i lost one sale of the site over this as sedo takes it off when a offer is made thus i want some form of a non refundable down payment for my time and the fact i may loose a sale if the buyer cant complete the transaction.
