It's a one character domain that can be used for any purpose. The .to extension is better than many other foriegn tlds in my opinion because of it's a familiar sounding extension. Many other foreign tlds charge $1000 just to register a 2 character domain.

The Market is not great for foriegn tlds but I would still think it should draw $500 just for the rarity. In time it will be worth much more.
