Established for almost a year, http://www.copy-games.com has continously brought in a steady $300-$700 a month. It sells an ebook that shows people how to copy ps2 games, and also has a 300+ cheats ebook. It is an impulse buy, and from my 400+ sales since January, I have only had to give 2 refunds.
I also am running an affiliate program with apluscheats.com, were I split the profit 50-50. (You could surely set up more)
This is an excellent residual income, but I need a one lump sum for another project. The domain name alone has high search value. It is on the first page of google and yahoo for 'copy games' and 'copy ps2 games', just to name a few and consistantly gets 300+ daily uniques. Copy-Games.com would make an excellent addition for somebody who already has an existing game site.
Please keep in mind, I do NOT have to sell this site as it is very profitable, but I would like to for my project.
Please, serious offers of $2,000.00 or more will be considered only.
