These kind of .biz names and any .biz names in general have drops a lot in value.

I would develop this name in to a site offering website owner to make money from 404 pages... how I am not sure... just an idea.

I believe there are already services that offer 404 monetization. If you don't create your own method/service I would suggest affiliate marketing with a blog and reviews about the services that do exist.
