When creating custom error pages, I read somewhere that when using the .shtml error pages that they need to be at least 10k in size to display. I use redirects for my error pages and they are less than 10k - they seem to work fine for me, but am I losing visitors that are using other browsers?

Anyone have any expertise regarding this?

Thanks

From experience, I believe that Internet Explorer will only display custom error pages > 10kb.

Netscrape doesn't care. But then, it doesn't care much about anything.
