I'm not sure what he meant, when he said "let me know if you'd like to pick it up". Was he trying to say, "pick it up" as in raise the bid or take it at the same price?

Now the next question is why would he offer you at the same price that he's already been offered to buy the domain at.. IMO he was definitely looking for a better price offer

Actually the communication between seller and me is very unclear and hard to be understood.

I decide don't spend time on digging what is the actuall meanings now. Life is busy and we should focus on future business...
