One of only 90 aba configurations for NNN.net's

4's are low quality (along with 6) but not as bad as 0. 9 Is premium and it has teh ABA configuration.

3Character states $750 as Minimum Wholesale Value

i don't agree with your assessment of "low or high" quality numbers, within the nnn groups.

but i like this one.

So you're saying 400.net would really be a crappy one?

mmm big death?

$750 - $1k reseller

I was going by 3character's definition of premium, lesser quality, and lower quality numbers

I have been told by a chinese friend of mine that 4 signifies death.

I think the seller meant "0" at the begnning, as in 049.net, which would have significantly less reseller value than the seller's name.
