closed 4Realty.com - $1,300 offer received, SELL or NO?

Just received an offer today for 4Realty.com at $1,300. I was just curious what everyone thought as to its value. I've received a few offers for it over the past several years mostly in the few hundred range.

Sell or no sell?

Was a direct offer? The domain does not resolve for me.
Anyhow, the real estate market is explosive right now - ask for $2,000.

yeah with the "4" in front take the loot and run! at most bump them to $1700-1900 and say we have a deal....they probably expect you to ask for a little more and thus offered less....if they decline just act reluctant and then accept

Here are the questions to ask yourself...
1) Do you regularly get offers for the domain?
2) Is it worth losing the sale over $700?

If the answer to 1) and 2) is No and No, then sell sell sell...

never ask for $2000, ask for $1950! basic rule of marketing! Thats why everything is $1.95! "It's just over a buck!" lol...if it was $2.01 it would be over 2 whole dollars!....difference? a measley 6 cents! Just human nature...Thats why i said 1900 b4... k:
