I would rate this high, and suggest you market it towards a hosting company.

I'd peg it at $20k-$30k, there is a company called phones4u here in the uk that has a pretty hefty marketing budget.

A number of 4u's have copied in the same way toys-r-us got cloned name wise.

A quick search on google shows its not limited to the uk - could even be used for subdomaining to those companies.
