Science1.com
Electricity1.com
The first two make about $20/year in PPC and Electricity1 pays much of its reg fee. A Google search seems to show a lot of real use for this type of domain. Obviously the numbers are mega-major detractions from the pure word form of these names but they are all strong terms. I do have some XXX offers on these names currently.
