This domain is averaging about 5$ a day in ppc revenu...peak day so far : 10$, and this with very little effort...i got a few banners up getting a few clicks a day...havnt had much time to promote it. in the right hands it could probably fetch some nice $$$...

Just a quick check on price. The comments say "This domain is making 150$-200$ a month with very little effort...". Should the price be $2,400 or is $24,000 correct? At 24K, that's 10 years just to break even. The normal ROI is 18-24 months.

If the price is wrong, please let me know as I am interested.

1 - Who actually gets asking price when selling something?

2 - 150-200$ is with ''very little'' effort as i have mentioned, someone with the right technique could probably easily make ''many many'' times that...
