the "s" is in the wrong place.

but anyone who applies for a 50 year loan wouldn't know the difference.
not a good name to brand becasue it is not gramatically correct.

$$ only because it is mortgage related and the leads are worth something.

can also make an informational site for public awarness of 50 year loans.

True that the grammar is wrong. The plural should be on "loans" or "mortgages", not "Years".

but, since this is a niche market, Some light developement (templates) with good SEO work might get you into a good position for search engine results. Spelled the way they are, they are not worth trying to brand or develop fully.
