I am offering for sale my established adult freehost networks (6 freehosts)
which collectively receive some 1 million visitors per day across the members sites / pages.

Some details about each freehost:

Freehost #1 launched 2002
Over 4200 members

#2 launched 2002
Over 1100 members

#3 launched 2004
Over 1450 members

#4 launched 2004
Over 450 members

#5 launched 2005
Over 350 members

#6 launched 2005
Over 300 members

Largest single network has an Alexa rank of 13,000.
Freehost script on each network is custom built by my developers and not available to purchase off the shelf.

All revenue generated arrives from the following methods:
Header ads across pages which are sold on 30 day bookings.
Footer ads across pages also sold.
Approx 30,000 404 visitors daily which is sold to website owners.

Some 54 advertising spots are available across the 6 networks which comprise
of the above header and footer ads and at any one time, a minimum of 60% of the spots are always sold with a maximum take-up of 100%.
Any unsold spots still generate revenue by other methods.

Breakdown of the above:

60% take-up of the spots equates to approx $3000.
100% is approx $5000.
All 404 traffic is sold daily (many buyers) and this generates a minimum of $60.00 per day (so $1800.00 per month).
Other advertising opportunities also exist.

Total monthly revenue: a minimum of $5000.
$7000 and upwards is realistic.

Monthly costs: Hosting is the main cost and this equates to a monthly fee of between $1200 - $1800.
This obviously depends on the bandwidth usage (current usage is around 25 Mbps). Servers needs to be left where they are because this monthly fee includes webmaster advertising, server support, programming and hosting fees.

This leaves a net monthly profit of between $3500 - $5000.

No other costs apart from any advertising campaigns on the major engines and directories and this would equate to just several dollars a day.

I am looking to secure serious offers of around 1 to 1.5 years revenue ($60000 - $90000) for all 6 freehost networks.

Just an update...I have had a few emails and messages from people and just to clarify a few points:
The new owner(s) role would be to offer traffic and advertising from these established freehosts to interested clients (many free and paid advertising options are available and demand is high) or utilise the advertising yourself.

No other technical work or knowledge is required. The management for each network on the 404 traffic and header / footer advertising is easily carried out.

The networks will only be sold if the right offer comes in as my freehosts are a key part of my adult business.
