60-day OPT-IN hold after push

So I clicked the box to apparently "Opt-in" on a 60-day hold after I purchased a domain. Seeing it is an opt-in, how does one opt-out of such an agreement for a hold?

If it is an opt-in, there must be a way to opt-out of such a hold so I can transfer the domain away from NoDaddy.

Any suggestions? I have one domain directly at Nodaddy and one with a Nodaddy reseller.
