I am testing the waters for selling www.zoovip.com
The site uses the Humor Software script and a professionaly custom coded CSS design. The software and admin is very easy to use.
There are 372 registered users of the site with email addresses that could be directly marketed to. The site averages a Bookmark percentage of 50% according to awstats.
I have sold no text links and with a PR5 and the traffic someone could make a decent amount of revenue from text links alone.
Several directory submission services have been used and I have made several PR1-PR5 permanent link purchases.
Traffic: Varies widely but always over ~700 per day. Somtimes as high as 2500-3000 per day depending on how I am promoting it. I have used Stumble Upon and Leenks with great success getting several thousand hits every time I submit.
I also used paid advertising through Adbrite spending a few dollars ($3-$7) per day for additional traffic. Some of the Adbrite is paid up for another few weeks.
I have also had previous success posting in forums.

Revenue: Has primarily been through google adsense. I kind of use a Adbrite/Adsense arbitrage and also retain some traffic.
Google has produced over $4000 since May.

I also earn $1-3 per day with the adbrite ads.
One could also sell text links, banners, or use direct email.
I am selling the site because I do not have enough time to add fresh content. Spending 1/2 hour to an hour a day adding new content makes a world of difference. I just do not have the time to do that.
Continuing to use the Adbrite/Adsense arbitrage will produce good income and grow traffic with fresh content. The problem now is people come back but see the same content and stop visiting. Also other promotion via Stumle, Leenks, forums, etc will make this site a power house.
Most people here know what a resonable starting price is. I do not have a Reserve or BIN, I will let the sale stay open for about a week (that should give everyone a chance to see it). I reserve the right not to sell if I cannot come to a price I am happy with.
