7-digit access code for telephone support?

Apparently you need a 7-digit access code for telephone support. I've looked where they advised me to, but nothing was there. I've submitted a ticket, and am waiting for a response.

Anyone with an enom account may want to request theirs as well, so you'll have it when you need it...

Its actually hard to find. I am the one who you just talked to on the name we were having problems for. When you goto help and the customer support number. Look under it for technical support. The pin will be right next to it.

Thanks. My account is trough a reseller, and it doesn't have it listed.
Another account directly through Enom does have it...

Reseller accounts don't need one.
