www.template8.com $old
very strong name and easy to understand and remember once you see the site. The site sells templates for $8 per. I loaded 30 zip, but only set up a few. The template downloads are password protected and can be active for download for a period you select, now set at 5 days. I set up a download demo at .10 if you want to test the system. Its almost completely automated. After you get payment you do have to log in, look at orders, and then just hit send link button. $8 is a fair price on a template, and you know you could load a ton to sell at that price. Little to do after uploads except promote. Very strong name considering concept of the site.

www.showyourtattoos.com $30>25
largely a custom site. Just picked up on drop, and former site. If people didn't want their tattoos to be shown off I hope they never should have gotten one. So its a photo rating site.

www.highschoolbuddies.com $25>20
straight turnkey, but pretty good name. Buddies in high school, I know I've used the term a fair amount.

www.yakaogle.com $18>15
PPC search engine, with a name based of 3 of the biggest. It has several sources of income if you look around.

www.randomstorm.com $25>20
a stormpay randomizer. Custom design. Stormpay should allow you to promote the site in their mall has their do others.

www.safeseeker.com $20>15
idea here is a child friendly search engine. The search engine has several feeds and has a filter. The only filter I put on was adult, but I clicked on adult entertainment to show the result. You can make the site completely self contained and would seem the only way to make it truly child safe.

www.removetrace.com $50>35
systemcleaner site. Software included.

all names at enom. All sites are turnkey/template based but some have been changed enough the script is about all that remains. Sites are new so no traffic stats. Will send FTP or zip and push name after payment. (please make sure your mailbox will take files of size with attachments, many will not)Payment by paypal. Offer 30 days free hosting provided by www.thedotcomhost.com Can offer installs on most servers for fee.($10). Can offer free $8.95 enom reseller or retail account. I can only push names into enom accounts. You are welcome to pull to what ever is your preferred registrar, but they will add a year and charge you what they do for transfer. The only fee at enom is when you renew the name. The account is free, the push is free, but I can only push to enom. Payment by paypal.

Well what type site are you intested in and I will try to amaze you again. I like amazing people, but I like selling more.

I have 122 sites for sale right now, or there abouts. Some aren't built, and a couple have been sold. A few aren't in the right account. I made a temp page to help me organize the other day at www.nexmax.com That is a decently complete list of sites I have for sale. A few have sold, and a few haven't been built.

www.buyorsella.com recently under went a remodel and I am trying to populate that right now. It has far fewer sites listed, but at the time of this post it should be current. All my sites will be listed there and the site will be promoted, others my post there for free if they contact me. Nexmax was for me, and many sites won't be listed there, but many are currenltly. Look at either, or email/pm if you have certain needs.

i dont know i just look and i waist money :)

Most of the time i prefer to just sell them on anyway because i code full sites to sell.
Which is why i never buy turnkey sites but sometimes i do like the one i got from you the other day or week cant remember:)

Thanks for the lower than $10 offer and perhaps the site could be a forum to allow for greater feedback but price is $25.

I try to work in volume, but no amount of sales will make me money losing money per sale. No truck is big enough to make money losing money per sale.

I sometimes sell sites at $15, but never cheaper. Under $10, not to date. Names under $10 not too much. Thank you for the offer, but I need to eat. Not trying to be a smartass, but how can I make a living selling sites at under cost of Dn's?

Sorry but its a site, and many names of lesser quality sell much higher, $25 for site seems fair if the name is decent. under $10 offends me. Not trying to offend you and wish you the best luck, but damn! Its a site, its a decent name, I have a better price than many. Exactly why should I sell a site for under $10 when the name is worth my asking of the site?

if you want a name under $10, then go get a .info for free. Sorry to be upset. Also to be brash. Site is $25, don't want it fine. offer less fine too. plans i don't care. Want to pay 30%, shop else where. I would never offer someone under $10 for a site, nor will I take that. sorry but 30% is an insult.

Maybe but there is lots of great site being sold at a low price and it JUST a offer not a insult if you not like offer you decline it thanks all!

and i just made that up as at the time i only had $9.40 in paypal so i just wanted to tell him around the price i can afford as i am 16 years of age and i not makeing very much money but i shoudl be getting more money soon but yes i have buyed site for much more this at the time i did not have more!

I just sold some things and will be getting paid soon But if you do sell for the $15.00 buck price then i will like to offer that but only once i get some money and that should be maybe later tonight or tommorrow

no problem kingz, I've bought I few sites under $10 and I hope to again. Glad you are starting early as well. I just don't sell sites under $10, and have had 20 years experience of people offering me 30% to start with. I learned long ago thats its best to "grease the wheel" and see if the seller is open to offers, and even hint that it might be much less. The most I normally go is about 30% off, and will sometimes go 50% in bulk. I know that some people will except offers in that range, but I know it will often be taken as an insult. Not the best example but look at it this way. If you owned a house worth $100,000 and that was your asking price. And you might take $80,000 and that was pretty much wholesale. If someone offered you $30,000 wouldn't you be a bit offended. If I could find $80,000 homes for $30 I wouldn't be messing with domain names, and wouldn't be working to many years.

Best of luck to you.
