I'm selling two types of domains that are literally SCREAMING "develop me":

Loans<CityName>.com, where <CityName> = city with a population of over 100,000
Jobs<CityName>.com, where <CityName> = city with a population of over 100,000

I own hundreds of domain names and unfortunately don't have time to develop them all. I'm practically giving them away for free @ $300 for 77 domains (less than $4 each!). If you're smart about interlinking them, there can be a lot of SEO juice involved.

Google will always consider a link from LoansPompanoBeach.com to LoansDayton.com more relevant than one from LoansPompanoBeach.com to OtherKeywordDayton.com because both of them contain the keyword "loans". The same principle applies when it comes to "jobs".
