What's the meaning of '777'? A lucky number? I've seen '888' in many casinos but never '777'.

"777" means JACKPOT on MANY U.S. casino slotmachines. But, as to whether "777" works with these particular domains, I'll have to say no. In fact, I think LuckyRoulette or LuckyBlackjack would be a slightly better play on the words than 777.

777blackjack.com is much better than 777roulette.com due to the fact that 7+7+7=21 plus most the progressive blackjack games on the net win via a combination of 7's

I can't see a great deal of value in 777roulette.com but the BJ variation definitly has some potential. IF you can find an end user then it could go for $xxx but I'm sure some development in the progressive BJ area would prove worthwhile.
