Am I missing something? Not only am I not seeing a value to this domain I don't see how it can be making $0.50 a day ($15 a month??)- either the traffic is huge with this or you have an extremely high click rate. If I was considering buying this based on traffic I would insist on full reports (AwStats, etc.) to see exactly where it is coming from.

I see a WordPress / mini site there but that's about it.

Reg fee on the name, maybe $25 for the entire site (unless the income could be verified as reliable and stable).
