This is a tough one and I'm probably not the best person to give an appraisel, but since nobody else has, I would have to say mid $xxx - low $xxxx, maybe more to the right end user or group. Reseller value would be low due to the less than spectacular overture numbers and market :

168 preserve
142 wildlife preserve
657 forest preserve

I do really like the name and think it could be big for one of the preservation groups in the US. You always hear of confilcts between developers and these groups. I certainly think I would remember it if I saw it advertised. It's just a matter of whether a motivated buyer comes along or not. Hope that hepls.
