Each template there is selling for $45. I am selling averaging of 10-20 templates per week when there is a lot of template, but right now, my designer had not so much time to do more templates for me to sell. You can order the design for only $15 each template make, if you order in a bulk of 10, or else, it will me $20 for each template. This is a wholesale price. You have all rights listed there. It is up to you whether you want to sell it with all rights or sell it over and over again.
Currently, most traffic is coming from famous site such as xoops website, oscommerce website, zen-cart website, and also some top web template directory. You will also get all the templates and rights on 8tem.com. The visitor who download and use the template had to put a link on “designed by 8tem.com” on their site. This is worth more than $xx,xxx of dollars, which if you ask someone to make any xoops, oscommerce, zen-cart templates for you, is easily cost more than $300-500.

The traffic is growing everyday because when people download your site, they’ve to put your link, this is auto marketing, I need to do nothing on marketing site anymore, it is already established site.
For the revenue, I earn more than $160 per month on adsense alone. However, you can earn more by allowed advertisement on the site, etc etc. I earn roughly $500-2000 per month from the template I’m selling, sometimes, I receive order of asking for xoops, oscommerce, or zen-cart custom template, this has the opportunity for me to earn more. The templates on 8tem and the shop is worth more $xx,xxx
