While I think this website is really cool, because it works on PDA's... and it's established presence has generated some media coverage, especially in a niche market such as PDA's.....

I don't think the initial appraisal (domain only) should have been 35k. If it was, please reference that appraisal somehow.

Other than that, how are you generating any revenue from this website currently? I mean, it's great... but if it isn't making any money, then how do you expect to sell it for anything?

The presentation of your website seems purely ridiculous to me. Especially the pagerank section where pdaportal is supposed to have a superior pr than nike & mcdonald's. I guess that you'll never sell your website here. It is a serious place.

according to that tool, www.nike.com and www.mcdonalds.com has PR 7 and www.pdaportal.com (and pdaportal.com) has PR 6.
