You must pay the transfer fee of $30 for processing a request. (I will pay this fee from the funds from purchase.)
The .cc Web address must be registered for at least 60 days.
You can only transfer a Web address registered with eNIC
You can only transfer a Web address to an individual who has an account with eNIC
