I have been selling most of my NNN.com names for $5k to $8k these past few months, but all of a sudden 918.com has received dozens of offers. Does anyone (perhaps from China) know why there are so many offers right now and what do you think this name is worth?

Thanks for the link. That explains the names overall popularity, though I'm still wondering why it seems to have increased so much in popularity right now....

I don't think it is because of what happen in china at that time.
In chinese, 8 has the same pronunciation as wealth. 9 have the same pronunciation as longevity. However, 918 doesn't really mean much. 168 is a really good since it mean keep on gaining wealth. 138 mean you whole life will be fortune.

it seem also about "Japanese"........
this number can't compare with 168......they are not the same....
