Not sure of the cash price as there is a number of offers on the table.
Also site has big resale potential if a hosting company comes along.
One click on adsense yelds 2 - 15 dollars, you do the math.
Anyone who has some time to maintain the site and do a little promotion will strike it rich.
If you are looking to develop something, you can think of anything better than this site.
