Multi tier affiliate program ?

I have a website, and affiliate program for it - i use Clickbank which handles the affiate IDs of usernames, and then pays the users their commision per refferal/sale.

I want to make my 'normal' affiliate program into a 2 or 3 tier program,

HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS ?

do i need software ? need to install a script?

somebody who is currently doing a 2-3 tier program please speak from experience, and the best software you use.....

Almost any affiliate software will do 2 tier. More than 2 tiers is considered MLM, but some affiliate software will still do it.
