I'm selling - aa1.com - in 3 different IDN varieties. However I only want to sell one of them, the other two I want to keep. Buyer chooses whichever one he/she wants.
You will notice that search engines like Google recognize all a's in the exact same way. So all three domains receive the same results, and the results all show up as aa1.com.

SELLING ONE OF THE FOLLOWING 3 IDN DOMAINS:
aä1.com
äa1.com
áa1.com
Will entertain all offers $X,XXX.
Final sale over $5,000 will result in buyer getting an additional, almost as valuable, domain name free! äa1.biz
ALSO SELLING:

Payment to PayPal.
If buyer wants escrow, that's ok but buyer pays fees.
