I am the owner of VerticalSites . (net). This site has been a running site since (well lets say a long time) at least from 2003. The old owner of it was running it till he lost the data server and all the accounts were lost. So, he sold it cheap and I bought it. I have had it up a month and it has had 7K Unique visitors this month, and this was started on the 7th, so it gets more than that.
Here are stats, revenue with adsence its made like $5+ (gotta ask my host) and I sold one package.

Oh forgot, Feb 20, hosting was down.
Keep the PMS coming! I have gotten a couple offers, I wont sell under $500 guranteed. Its a pagerank 4 with tons of traffic. Thank ya.
