a UK based company asked me to sell it few years ago cause they have a product (server)
with this name
..$60 in 15 days with clickbank..
is it fraud to advertise "fix" it books?

I'm not sure I follow your complaint.

However, If I owned that domain, I would stay away from anything close to "x".

Just because you are in Greece doesn't protect you from the reach of "m".
They already have a reputation of being a dog that bites.

you might get a trademark lawsuit because of this especially driving the visitors to a competitors product.

and especially saying on the forum that the domain makes money is another reason for them to takei

rubbish... the fools that published his domain name as thier own certainly have no claim to the "x" TM anyway.

MS might have a different spin on it but probably not...

Looks like a simple mistake.. I don't think they meant it. "Ex" and "X" sound the same.
