Ok..I don't really understand how this works...theres a domain at TDNAM...with less than 12 hours on it...but when I google the keyword, it comes in first spot...with still a fully functional website running on it..

What am I missing?

tdnam auctions domains before they expire

They do so when they believe there is a high probability a domain wont be renewed

Dont ask me how they make that determination

If actual owners renews, then tdnam auction voided

Its kinda weird they auction before actual expiration, but that is exactly what they do

Something just seems fishy about this type of action.......:fish2:
How can they do that, perhpas some fine print in the terms of agreement when the domain is reg'd ?

The domains are in redemption period really, so that is how they pick the domains.

There are also "users" who list domains and I think this is the case here. I have listed a couple domains that have had sites on them. Does the auction say "seller" and not This expired domain auction... ?
