I will answer that:

in all fairness, that is certainly a possibility.....I am going to be honest because they are TM'ed domains.

However, I have not recieved any problems as of yet with these names, I also talked to a guy who owns about 10 Jaguar names and other car domains for a couple years - and he has never had any problems. I own about 15 moldel specific car names and I have never had a problem. The TM risk is there, but I feel it is quite minimal. Hopefully the type in traffic will help calm the fears
