I've always been wondering about this in the US. With a burka, you can use the same ID for thousands of women without ever being found out.

I knew the French were passing some very controversial laws regarding garb.

It happened at 3am, and the only witness was a kid, whose mother fell for the story and reported it to the police. The couple claimed it was only a kiss on the cheek. Dubai is Dubai..
